The US General Services Administration (GSA) is excited to embark on the Frank E. Moss US Courthouse Seismic Upgrade, Backfill and Renovation project. The impetus for this project is to structurally upgrade this culturally significant, legacy asset to ensure the safety of the building’s occupants and visiting public in a seismic event. GSA will seize this opportunity to upgrade many of the building’s aging systems and infrastructure, delivering a truly energy efficient and sustainable, modern office environment. The project will back-fill vacant, federally owned space with federal agencies currently located in private market leases, saving taxpayers dollars through lease cost avoidance. Construction is anticipated to begin in April 2022 and completed by Spring 2025.
